The Service is powered by third-party AI providers including OpenRouter and DeepSeek. Their respective terms and policies also apply to your use of those underlying models.

7. Intellectual Property

The SG ChatBOT name, logo, design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of Mohammed Sadid Rahman. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without explicit written permission.

Content you submit to the Service remains your property. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content.
